Abstract:<\/b>
\nCompanies often struggle with long term strategic planning because the choices that are available today are not sufficiently expansive. As a result, the longer-term strategic plan may have a low probability of success. To increase the likelihood of success, companies need two complementary growth engines that will expand the long-term strategic options while supporting near term strategies. This session will outline a framework that increases the probability of success for long-term strategic plans.<\/p>\n
