The Trend Opportunity Profiles and Growth Opportunity Analysis studies are specific trend opportunities across industries driven by megatrends that our clients can directly leverage to derive actionable insights to drive business decisions. Each one of our deliverables will include a deep dive analysis of future trends highlighting the areas of growth and disruption potential in the next 5 – 10 years, in-depth regional analysis, impact and certainty scale assessment of the trends, and also new growth opportunities leading to new revenue channels.
Background:
Frost and Sullivan’s Megatrends research cluster, over the past years, has done quite a lot of studies and insights on megatrends that tend to be long-term and far-reaching in their impact. The megatrends we track are categorized across 5 major themes – called the BEETS framework. Within each of these themes, we identify the most disruptive transformative trends that can have cross-industry implications. After identifying the trends, we constantly monitor, analyze, and try to contextualize our observations. And as the outcome, we create what we’d like to call Trend Opportunity Profiles and Growth Opportunity Analysis studies.
