Membership Brainstorm – an 80% Interactive Format. Brainstorm sessions zero in on a key area of focus within a Council Critical Issue. Members engage in spontaneous group discussion to generate ideas and problem-solve about shared challenges.
Abstract:
Join your fellow Council Partners in a brainstorming session exploring the identification of existing customer requirements as well as their unmet needs and those of new customer segments. As a group we will share what is working and what is not along the journey to delivering value in the eyes of your customers, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and stickiness.
